Production & Data Processing Manager

BKM Marketing is a growing performance marketing agency specializing in strategic, creative, and turnkey execution services for national and regional brands, with specialties in banking marketing, bank merger communications, and other data-driven direct marketing clients.

As the agency expands, we seek an experienced print, mail, and data management professional to manage complex direct mail initiatives and data-driven campaigns for our clients.

This role is critical to ensuring flawless campaign execution, high client satisfaction, and operational excellence across all marketing channels and programs.

Direct Mail & Production

Lead complex direct mail campaigns from data prep through print, fulfillment, and delivery. Bring deep expertise in commercial print production, lettershop operations, and USPS requirements.

Data Processing & Insights

Transform and validate client data files to support accurate, high-performing campaigns. Use analytics and AI tools to uncover insights and improve future marketing performance.

Project & Vendor Management

Keep projects moving by managing timelines, budgets, production schedules, and daily status coordination. Partner closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time execution.

Security & Operational

Help uphold BKM’s high standards for data security, confidentiality, and operational rigor. Support secure file handling, compliance documentation, and process improvements that strengthen client trust.

A candidate should possess the following skills and passions:

5+ years of experience managing direct mail or data-driven marketing programs
Strong understanding of direct mail production, print processes & fulfillment operations
Experience working with complex datasets, ideally in regulated industries (e.g., banking)
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Google Workspace
Experience with project management tools such as Teamwork or Monday.com
Ability to analyze campaign performance and develop client-ready reports and insights
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and vendors
Commitment to data security, confidentiality, and compliance standards
Experience managing vendors, production schedules, and budgets
Experience merging client databases, with financial services experience preferred
Deep understanding of commercial print production and the ability to evaluate cost-effective technology and processes
Eagerness to strategically use AI tools to improve work quality and turnaround time

BKM’s offices are located 15 miles south of Boston at 75 William B Terry Drive, Suite 2035, Hingham, MA 02043. We operate under a hybrid model in which employees work in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and remotely on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
