Challenge:

First National Bank of Omaha looked to announce their new Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) BusinessLink Business Edition® and Mopar Business Edition® MasterCard products. While competition in the business credit card product space can be challenging, the BusinessLink and Mopar cards offered bonus rewards for FCA purchases - a valuable benefit for current BusinessLink and Mopar customers.

Solution:

BKM developed a program strategy for First National that encompassed all elements of the product launch for both the BusinessLink and Mopar customer outreach. All communications promoted the new cardholder offers, with a strong call-to-action driving customers to apply. Elements included:

  • Dealership Sales Tools: supporting card promotion to customers, including window clings, posters, table tents and overview brochures that detailed product benefits and provided an application to apply
