Despite the amount of significant change taking place within Banking and Financial Services over the past decade, the underlying demand for profitable growth and competitive differentiation has never been greater - or more challenging to achieve. Parity of products and sales channels are not making the task any easier. Overlay these realities with the greater need for regulatory and compliance oversight and process efficiencies and it's clear: banks need partners who understand these challenges with demonstrated ability to deliver to their needs with a supreme level of confidence.
At BKM Marketing, we have experienced these challenges first-hand for over a decade. We partner with our clients to address many of these existing and emerging opportunities and begin each engagement with a strategy – yours. Armed with the understanding that each client has specific goals and needs, we spend time at the onset of each relationship and program listening to your objectives, strengths and challenges - and we align our resources to develop a program that works.
No matter the size of the institution, BKM brings in-depth experience to each relationship and a passion to see our clients succeed.
The BKM Banking and Financial Services team is led by Rick Hall, who has spent over 20 years working in banking and management consulting and advisory. Over that time, he has developed a unique perspective into the needs of financial institutions though targeted marketing programs, new product development, go-to-market strategy formation and acquisition integration as well as many other growth focused initiatives. For the past 10 years, he has focused particularly on the financial services needs of small business, middle market and large corporate companies (B2B).
"While some “vendors” are thought of as a “Marketing Department partner” or a “Technology Department partner,” BKM is recognized by colleagues across the bank as a “Corporate Partner.” They are dependable, professional and, simply put, do great work."
